A Real Estate company in the Retail and Commercial property sector with over S$1 Billion AUM currently is looking for an Accountant to join their team.
Working in a team of 3, the Accountant will be responsible for the assigned SPVs. The key responsibilities includes performing quarterly variance analysis, monitoring cashlow in SPVs, performing bookkeeping, reviewing GST and annual tax returns, assist acquisitions and divestments, performing accounting controls, producing forecasts for funding, reporting, and handle portfolio full sets accounts and closing.
Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in real estate or property industry
• Prior experience with Big-4 audit firms will be good
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
