Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Administrative and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage administrative duties while playing a key role in developing and implementing LinkedIn-based marketing strategies. This role is tailored for individuals who have a passion for social media marketing and are adept at fostering professional relationships online.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations, including organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents and managing databases.
- Perform administration duties inclusive of management of stationery, purchase and maintenance of office equipment.
- Liaise with Government agencies relevant funding, grants applications, and claims.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
2. Marketing Duties:
- Develop and implement a LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with our brand's goals.
- Create engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and company updates to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Foster connections and interactions on LinkedIn to build a professional network and increase the company's reach.
- Analyze LinkedIn insights and metrics to refine strategies and report on performance.
- Collaborate with other marketing initiatives to ensure a cohesive online presence.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in social media or digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn, is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for professional social media communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and an understanding of branding principles.
- Familiarity with the global market, with a primary focus on Singapore and China, and understanding their respective business etiquettes.
- Ability to write and converse in English and Mandarin.
