The incumbent will be working as an HR Executive (Recruitment). S/he will be assisting the HR Manager for all Recruitment and HR Operations matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding process, orientation, and offboarding
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
- Manage all Work Pass (WP, SPASS, EP) matters such as applications, renewal, and cancellation
- Required to travel to Tuas Warehouse for WP Issuance and orientation for the new warehouse staff
- Maintain and update personnel records
- Prepare recruitment reports for the management
- Provide day-to-day operational HR and admin administration support
- Assist in setting up laptops with IT for all the new hires
- Any other duties or projects assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR recruitment functions
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels within and across the company
- Flexible and well organize
- Positive, strong analytical, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Meticulous, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service
