Job Description:
- Support department GM to collaborate with Headquarter in formulating project development strategies for metrology products in Singapore and Malaysia to align to organizational strategy and capitalise on potential project opportunities
- Manage and drive team collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders, endorse project deliverables to optimise project efficiency and performance
- Establish service delivery system in Malaysia and lead cross-functional integration on operations with Singapore team.
- Formulate strategies to optimise customer’s maintenance plans and schedules for inspection, testing, repair and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems to minimise downtime and costs
- Manage and review regular service reports to evaluate impact of trends, and potential malfunctions and solutions.
- Support pre and post sales initiatives and drive customer renewals through exceptional service
- Manage departmental plans aligned to organisational strategies and frameworks to drive compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Manage continuous improvement and change management initiatives for time, cost and quality improvements
- Provide technical training on equipment and systems maintenance for new or complex equipment and systems and development opportunity to engineers
- Conduct regular communication with Japan’s factory and project team in Headquarter for project development and planning
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry will be advantages.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Software proficiencies for Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Overseas travel is required.
