MusArt Co-Create is a collaborative workspace catering to music and art professionals. Within our premises, we host the Kids' Philharmonic Orchestra (KPO), an exclusive orchestra for young musicians aged 6 to 17. These talented individuals have opportunities to showcase their skills through live concerts with a ticketed audience or professional livestream services facilitated by our in-house engineer and crew. MusArt Co-Create actively supports freelancers, private music, and art practitioners by providing dedicated workspaces, facilities, management support, and developmental strategies. We encourage these practitioners to establish their businesses within our dynamic space, fostering resource-sharing among diverse individuals and groups. The selected candidate for this position will also play a crucial role in operational tasks, including rehearsal preparation, maintenance of records for musical compositions and instruments, and overseeing the rental of studios and co-working spaces, among other operational responsibilities.
The Job:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling workspace bookings
- Liaise with parents, teachers, partners and stakeholders
- Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Drive new enrollment for students and music teachers through sales and marketing campaigns Manage budgets and invoicing
- Strive for outstanding customer service to cultivate lasting relationships and secure performance opportunities.
