Responsibilities
- Maintain an efficient document control, filling and retrieval system
- Provision of administrative support to Service sales team in preparation
of quotations and contracts - Working on the shipping documents such as bill of lading and shipping
mark with logistic company and customers - Generate Purchase Orders and Invoicing using In-house Expense Claims System
- Follow up timely on the payments from customers and payment to
suppliers - Organize meetings logistics including travel arrangements, visas, permits
to enter customer facilities - Team meeting reports and follow-up activities
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist Service team in ad-hoc project assignments, when required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field
- more than 3 years of working experience in Sales Admin/Shipping admin/Order processing fucntion
- Experience in Shipping documentation
