- Taking charge of all administrative functions required by the respective departments, including communicating with banks, government bodies and other external parties
- Controls incoming and outgoing messages on office machines/equipment
- Oversee outgoing mail as and when appropriate
- Typing and filing of documents and administrative duties for the department
- Operating on computer, fax, photocopying machine and any other office equipment
- Ensure the workplace safety and security
- Undertake other job function as and when assigned from time to time
