Job Description
This position reports to the Director. Responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. Duties include hiring and training marketing and sales staff, relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among sales
Key Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns.
2. Overall rsales management responsibility for the dealership operations and staff
3. Safeguard short-term and long-term target turnover/results for the dealership: aftersales
4. Supervise sales department
5. Any Ad Hoc Given by Director
