Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups of all skill levels.
- Utilize TrackMan technology to provide accurate and data-driven feedback to golfers, enabling them to improve their game.
- Create and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each golfer's goals and abilities.
- Conduct on-course lessons and playing lessons to enhance golfers' course management skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience for all customers.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Golf Professional, teaching golf lessons to individuals and groups.
- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and course management.
- Familiarity with TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology and the ability to utilize it effectively in coaching.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for teaching and coaching, with a genuine desire to help golfers improve their game.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Relevant coaching certifications and PGA affiliation are highly desirable.
