Job Scope:
- Handle day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
- Complete a range of required administration tasks including reports, correspondence, spread-sheets, tuition lesson arrangement etc.
- Complete a range of administration tasks including coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and distribution, staff absences and relief timesheets to ensure the efficient running of the programmes
- Manage procurement and replenishment of office, centers’ required consumables, stationery, and supplies
- Provide logistics support such as room booking, prepare beverages, projector etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Management
Requirement:
- Degree in Admin or related field.
- 5+ years relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both students and parents
- Strong work ethic, collaborative, creative, meticulous and an eye for detail
- Able to work on at least one weekend.
