Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project
- Ensure smooth completion of the project
- Ensure that all civil works are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements and completed on schedule
- Review job specifications and analyse technical drawings
- Plan, arrange and supervise civil and building work activities
- Coordinate work activities with sub-contractors and consultants
- Prepare progress reports, work method statements and forecasts
- Responsible for all aspects of quality procedures, standards and specification
- Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis and inspection test plan and checklist based on specifications of the materials.
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Possess strong communication, management and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to safety
- Those without relevant working experience training will be provided
- Remuneration will be paid according to experience
- Working location at Jurong Island
