Location - Centre
Contract - 6months
Working Hour – 9am to 6pm /5days
Salary - $4000 - $6000
Responsibilities:
- Directly supports the Level Manager and Visiting Directors and generally supports an entire department.
- Coordinates all aspects of executive-level manager appointments, meetings, receptions, and conference calls
- Coordinates travel arrangements; prepares and distributes schedules/agendas for travel, and tracks expense reports
- Handle confidential company and employee information
- Assists in ad-hoc reports on special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5 Years of experience from EA or Administrator in a Banking environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
