Responsibilities:
- To Perform General Ledger accounting
- To Manage day-to-day accounting activities
- To Handle computation and GST reporting
- To Handle local statutory and tax obligations
- To Manage Accounts payable /Accounts receivable function and liaise with vendors/ customers
- To Manage monthly account reconciliation
- To report to Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years working experience in accounting and/or Finance.
- Full-set accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Singapore Accounting processes.
- Understand & Comply to Singapore Companies Act. Cap 50 and Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Well versed in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables & other functions)
- Knowledge on computerized accounting system
