KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business partnering
- Business partner SEA, North Asia and ANZ with business heads and be the first point of contact for all supply chain innovation issues for these verticals
- Managing a team of Cluster Innovation Planner for the said clusters and leading Innovation Processes globally
- Leads the innovation review for the respective businesses to understand key launch drivers and deliver innovation OTIF, considering SC network, strategy, complexity & quality
- Work with business teams and customers to improve forecast accuracy and bias for these verticals relative to innovation
- The role interfaces between Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory and various Unilever Supply Chain functions, such as Category Procurement Operations, Product Group Quality, Innovation Managers at sourcing sites, Global SC
Innovation Management
- Build and maintain innovation timeline with inputs from broader project team, holding cross-functional team members accountable for on-time delivery of their tasks to ensure key milestones are achieved OTIF
- Support monthly NPD calls with UI Senior Leadership and cross functional team to evaluate risk and escalate where necessary. Update and communicate risk management plans developed by project team
- Oversee and unlock the regulatory requirement and compliance of the products, closely working with Sales Ops team, Marketing, internal and external Regulatory team
- Ability to operate in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment. Trying new ways to deliver the business and drive growth
- Support the establishment of Service Level Agreements with Sourcing Units including Quality Requirements, Lead Time, MOQ/Order Increment and other identified cluster requirements
- Deliver SC KPI to Target. Eg: Project OTIF, GM, Stock Levels, Cost
- Further develop proper NPD hand off strategy with SC counterparts once projects have been delivered on time and in full
- Improve ways of working across the UI Hubs to leverage NPD best practice to fit the dynamic organization of UI
Performance Management
Drive the Service, Cash & Cost Agenda for the business:
- Service level measurement and improvement through better understanding of losses
- Implement Service loss tree and drive action planning to mitigate losses in the future
Capability Building
- Embrace all digital initiatives like Anaplan, Bizagi and Salesforce and ensure roll out of the relevant platforms to respective business units and customers
- Design and drive a ‘Customer Connect Program’ to improve customer experience and satisfaction

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, International Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics)
- 5+ years of work experience • APICS encouraged
- 3 Years in Supply Chain operations (production planning, demand planning/forecasting, inventory management)
- Entrepreneurial mentality to quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar subject areas
- Strong planning skills, or a strong attitude to planning
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, organization, and time management are essential skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate international cross function teams
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Travelling may be required
