Job Description & Requirements
- Assisting the Factory Manager to oversee the operations department include staff supervision, workflow and leave planning, setting up of events and maintenance of vehicles & equipments
- Responsible for product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Respond proactively and resolve and prevent all customer service situations
- Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
- Any other related operational issues and projects as and when required
- Diploma/Certificate in Food and Beverage
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Maybe required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Bilingual to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates
