Responsibilities:
- Lead Finance team, oversee accounts and financial activities including financial performance
- Communication with suppliers, customers, bankers, auditors, tax consultants and authorities
- Work with BU in planning, projecting and contract negotiating activities
- Prepare financial budget & forecasts
- Prepare, present monthly financial and management reports
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets
- Ensure accurate filing and record keeping for all financial statements, documents & business contracts
- Oversee regulatory, ISO compliance and corporate sustainability reporting requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties & projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or an equivalent certifications
- Membership of ISCA
- Min 7 years working experience in the accounting & audit field
- At least 3 years of experience in audit and 3 years of management experience
- Strong understanding of local financial, legal and tax requirements
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Jet Report would be advantageous
