Job Description:
• Drafting and modelling using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software
• Support the team in required design & drawings
• Prepares, update and modifies M&E services drawings.
• Prepares 2D and 3D system and site drawings according to requirements
• Preparation and submission of shop drawings
• Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission
• Diagrams update as and when required
• Site inspections. Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (when needed) and third parties.
• System Design, Set-to-work, testing and commissioning
• Preparation and submission of system and site documents.
Requirements:
• Background experience in BIM Revit software & AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge in PA Systems, Fireman Intercom and CATV Systems will be an advantage.
