Job Description :
-Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments through close communication
-Coordinate meetings and conference calls
-Research and gather information on various topics to support Management’s decision-making process
-Proactively anticipate CEO’s needs and take initiative to address them independently
-Support the Corporate Planning & Coordination department to draft and prepare professional documents, presentations, or reports as assigned
-Organize, plan, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
-Manage and maintain databases, records, and confidential files, ensuring data integrity and security.
-Assists in ad-hoc reports on special projects as needed
Requirement:
-Minimum Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
-5 Years of experience from EA or Administrator
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
-Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
-Can Work indipendently
