Responsibilities:
- Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization.
- Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant with country-specific employment laws & regulations.
- Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
- Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
- Must be able to uphold and manage a good ‘Candidate experience’
- Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner
Requirement:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- A self-motivated, energetic, smart, and intelligent recruitment professional aiming towards the best always
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be a good Team player
- Must be able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
