Job Descriptions:

  • Support the Chief Resident Engineer on all site administrative works.
  • Format letters or reports in accordance with standard project templates.
  • Maintain the registration of all transmittals, submittals for project documentations.
  • Manage the document control systems e.g. filing, tracking of all incoming and outgoing document correspondences and transmissions for both electronic and hardcopy.
  • Operate Project Information Management Solution (Newforma Project Centre or ProjectWise or equivalent). Basic training will be provided.
  • Maintain site attendance e.g. timesheet, leave application/approval and record.
  • Liaise with the Contractor on the maintenance of the site office and replenishment of all consumables.
  • Support site office events or visits.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the site office.
  • Organise for the storage/archive of documents.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of site project support related experience is preferred.
  • IT skills - Microsoft Office Competency (Intermediate).
  • Highly organized in managing multiple task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skill is a must.
  • Able to learn project specific procedures and new software independently.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and positive work attitude.
