Responsibilities
- Supporting development and implementation of company strategy, strategic partnerships, and other organic & inorganic growth opportunities
- Leading cross-unit projects in structuring issue-based work plans, developing hypotheses, driving an overall storyline, and developing implementation strategy to deliver measurable impact
- Taking ownership of work-streams or analysis, designing and conducting analyses, doing secondary research, synthesising conclusions, making presentations
- Engaging and discussing key business issues with senior management in most assignments
- Acting as “business owner” to oversee the end-to-end of delivery of initiatives, ensuring that solutions built are fit-for-purpose and value-accretive
- Preparing presentations and materials for internal and external engagement, including Board, shareholder, prospective equity investors, partners, internal senior management team, and staff
- Manging senior management committees and facilitating management workshops
