Assistant Branch Manager

* Job Duties


- Monitoring daily operations, including cashier, to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

- Providing customer service by answering questions about products or services, processing transactions, and resolving complaints

- Reviewing financial statements and other reports to identify trends or issues in order to make business decisions

- Performing clerical tasks such as updating account records, processing payments, and inputting data into computer systems

- Select, train, supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and enable them to function according to job description

- Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers

- Meeting with clients

- Assist Branch Manager to achieve sales target and projected profit

- Ensure that the branch personnel comply with federal and state laws

- Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees.

- Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.


* Job requirement

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is often a requirement to become an assistant branch

manager

- Assistant branch managers usually receive on-the-job training from their managers or other senior staff members. This training may include learning the company’s policies and procedures, as well as the software and technology they use.

- Have knowledge about Bangladesh products
