Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate Sales Leads:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
    • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to attract potential clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand clients' needs and provide customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
    • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
    • Close sales deals by aligning solutions with client needs and overcoming objections.
  5. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  6. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Utilize market research to identify potential areas for business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Education and Experience:

New graduate are welcome

Must be positive and can work with stress
