Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:


Hiring: Manager, Human Resources Management (Process Improvement Specialist)


In your role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and assume a crucial role in the development and reengineering of our HR processes. Your primary focus will be on improving overall efficiency, effectiveness, and enhancing the employee experience. This position demands an individual with a solid human resources background and a commitment to ongoing improvement.


Job Description:

· Assess the effectiveness of current HR processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement more efficient procedures.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of HR processes with other business functions.

· Stay informed about industry changes, develop and revise HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements.

· Research and analyse information, offering human resources advice and decisions to maintain market competitiveness and support business objectives.

· Plan and oversee the budget for human resources operations.

· Cultivate strong working relationships with the HR team, colleagues across departments, the management team, government agencies, unions, institutes of higher learning, and vendors.

· Serve as a primary contact for employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Assume responsibility for the physical security of the company premises.


Job Requirements:

· Degree from a recognised university

· Minimum of 7 -10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing setting

· Strong understanding of best HR practices, employment laws, and regulations

· Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on empowering and nurturing team members for collective success.

· Effective interpersonal and communication abilities across various organizational levels

· Analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data for informed decision-making.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with HRIS systems
