Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome to guests and assist with boarding and disembarking
• Offer attentive and personalized service to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the safe navigation, anchoring, and docking of the yacht under the guidance of the Captain.
• Maintain a clean and organized deck area, ensuring safety and compliance with maritime regulations.
•Handle lines and assist in the operation of watercraft and water toys.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and be prepared to act swiftly in case of an emergency.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during water activities.
• Keep guest areas and cabins clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and report any issues to the Captain.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the yacht.
• Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with the Captain and fellow crew members to coordinate tasks and responsibilities.
• Participate in regular crew meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the maritime or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of yacht operations, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. • Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Physical fitness and agility for tasks related to deck operations.
