- Drive the establishment of the NAD lab in Singapore:Take a leading role in setting up the NAD lab in Singapore, contributing essential scientific insights to guide the selection of analytical equipment, capabilities to be developed, and the creation of pertinent testing protocols. Additionally, mentor junior colleagues and actively participate in the execution of R&D projects.
- Assume a pivotal role as the primary technical leader in NAD:Step into the role of the key technical lead in NAD, focusing on advancing personal knowledge and expertise in the field while simultaneously enhancing Croda's intellectual property and capabilities.
- Effectively plan, execute, and monitor project progress:Take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing project timelines to ensure timely results. Adapt to unforeseen projects that demand immediate attention by reorganizing the workloads of both yourself and others.
- Cultivate relationships with influential technical decision-makers:Develop strong relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers, aiming to shape technology decisions both externally with customers to promote Croda products and internally for technology development choices.
- Establish authority in NAD:Gain recognition as an authority in NAD through initiatives such as customer visits, showcasing Croda's technical expertise in presentations at trade exhibitions and conferences, contributing to scientific publications, and collaborating with Croda manufacturing sites.
- Innovate solutions for complex customer problems:Develop innovative solutions for customer problems, especially those that are intricate and lack a complete data set. Provide training to the sales team, agents, and customers.
- Support product launches creatively:Utilize a creative and viable approach to support both new product launches and existing product ranges. This involves the development of new test methodologies and the execution of laboratory experiments.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field with >6 years of post-doctoral experience.
- Familiar with the design and evaluation of different vectors (e.g., lipids, polymers, peptides, etc) for NAD. This includes, but is not limited to, the operation of a microfluidics system to formluate LNP; physical-chemical characterisation (e.g., API encapsulation, quantification of loading efficiency, particle size and surface charge); evaluation of in vitro transfection effiency and toxicity; in vivo biodistrubution and toxicity.
