- Oversee shop operations such as handling customer complaints, managing service standards and procedures on ground etc.
- Outlet Hygiene Maintenance, ensure cleaning schedule is followed
- Preparation of drinks
- Recommending of drinks and topping
- Stock monitoring and ordering
- Capable to work with, manage and lead a small team
- Basic personal hygiene
- Opening & closing of cafe
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
- Able to multi task
Job Requirement:
- Min. commitment of 2 years
- Have no issues working late.
- Food Hygiene certificate preferred
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
