Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Equity Sales professional to join our team. The Junior Equity Sales professional will be responsible for supporting the Equity Sales team in generating revenue by developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets and products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Equity Sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Assist in preparing presentations and pitches to clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant product and market information.
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients.
- Collaborate with other teams such as Research, Trading, and Investment Banking to provide clients with a comprehensive service.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news and market developments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Equity Sales or related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome.)
- Strong understanding of equity markets and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
