Our client is one of the construction companies which specialized in Railway projects in Singapore. Currently, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team!
Job Details:
Salary: $4000 - $5500 (Depends on experiences)
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Working Location: Tai Seng
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation and the submission of the tender
Responsible for the bill of quantities, specifications, contracts and programmes and schedules for the tender/works
Responsible in coordination for the projects including the activities, cost, safety requirements and specification
Responsible in preparation of the projects budgets and ensure the contractor submit all the supporting documents
Responsible for regular marketing research in order to filter the potential suppliers
Coordinate the projects team and monitor the progression of the projects
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Min degree in Quantity Surveyor or other relevant field
Min 5 years of experiences in QS, BOQ and sub-contractor management
Candidate with construction or railway projects will be an added advantages.
