Accounts & Admin Assistant

House Of Gems Pte Ltd

· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Prepare month end journal entries Maintain fixed assets register

· Monthly account reconciliation

· Process expense reports

· Audit bank reconciliation

· Month end closing

· Ensure compliance and recommend improvements in internal control procedures

· Manage queries from internal staff

· Liaise with external auditors and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with

· Prepare monthly operating cash flow forecasts / GST & various statistics reports

· Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders and monitor overdue accounts

· Data entries in Tally accounting software is an added advantage

· Answering general queries by telephone, Emails, post or in person

· Export and Import Parcel – able to do documentation work

· Business Office administration work in Ms Office (Excel & Word)

· Daily and Monthly Stock/Inventory and Expenses Report

· Organizes & accurately maintains filing system of confidential information

· Coordinate with other executives to ensure timely completion of routine work

· Knowledge of the apply visa and book flight tickets for Directors

· Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
