Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales Activities: address customers' enquiries, invoices and delivery orders, sales order processing, initialling of quotations.
- Seek lead contacts from various sources and perform marketing/cold-call.
- Perform support to Sales Admin and Marketing function.
- Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement.
- Provide inside sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow-up with site visit, order coordination and payment collection.
- Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in Construction Building Materials; Entry Level candidates with interest in Construction Industry are Welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Applications.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle (Outdoor)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
