Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Mountbatten - CC7
Salary: Up to $2800/month
Job Description:
- Manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate coding and resolution.
- Collect precise customer information and update records accordingly.
- Verify support agreements and warranty validity following local guidelines.
- Log all calls, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system.
- Enter complete and accurate data into the CRM tool.
- Scheduling appointments across service centers and ensuring mobility services are offered.
- Screen technical calls and direct them to the appropriate channel.
- Provide customers with call numbers for follow-up.
- Offer timely and professional general advice to customers.
- Assist in special product campaigns or promotions.
- Coordinate services, pickups, and deliveries for customers.
- Assist in generating required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable to do OT.
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Customer Service industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Centre support.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Effective Communication skills.
