Job responsibilities

  • Assist in handling Full Set of Accounts consisting of AR & AP
  • Preparation of monthly & quarterly Reports for Management review
  • Perform general ledger data entry
  • Handle for invoices, cheque payments and petty cash claims
  • Generate Cash Flow reports
  • Preparation of all necessary information for Audit purposes
  • Preparation for timely submission of GST returns
  • Perform month end & year end closing
  • Any other Ad-Hoc duties to be assigned


Job requirements

  • Preferably candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
  • Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB Software is an advantage
  • Singaporean only
