· Liaison person for council members, trustees, and office holders matters.
· Coordinate events that Council Members attends locally and overseas, prepare pre and post meeting notes and follow up action.
· Organise and coordinate annual general meeting, elections and follow up actions.
· Coordinate various committee meeting with internal and external stakeholders, on yearly activities calendar, minutes taking and follow up actions.
· Prepare AGM notice and process, announcements and the proceedings of AGM, minute taking, submitting annual returns and update constitution changes.
· Work with stakeholders to finalise the Outstanding Volunteers. Friends, Committees, Students Chapters and Special Recognition Awards.
· Planning and co-ordinating the event and the awards presentations, event venue, catering, activities, fun and games with internal and external stakeholders.
· Support Awards Committee to call for Nominations, updating the entries, shortlisting, selection, and coordination of the Awards ceremony.
· Co-ordinate various awards, community services and inter professional games with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Competencies:
· Preferably degree in business, communication, and event management
· 5 years relevant experiences in administration, and event management
· Strong Microsoft Office Skills, Minutes Writing and Language Proficiency
· Excellent Communication, Planning and Event Organising Skills
· Good time management and ability to work well with vendors and stakeholders.
