Responsibilities
- IT Support:
- Lead the internal IT support team in our day-to-day IT operations, equipment provisioning, user access management, endpoint maintenance & contributing to the overall improvement of our IT stack
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server resources.
Support onboarding / off-boarding employees on corporate systems - Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, NAS and software applications.
- Cybersecurity
- Lead or oversee the team in delivering exceptional services to clients across a spectrum of areas, including assurance, cybersecurity, cyber governance, technology consulting, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, project management, IT audit, and related advisory services.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' cybersecurity infrastructures against Cyber Trustmark and Cyber Essentials criteria. Guide clients through the certification processes, ensuring all standards and criteria are satisfactorily met.
- Assess the adequacy of clients' technology implementations and IT controls, providing recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Develop, implement, and refine cybersecurity policies and procedures to meet certification requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports that effectively communicate findings and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and follow up on the remediation of assessment or audit findings with clients to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver training and support to client personnel, enhancing their understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats and trends, as well as updates in certification standards.
- Foster strong, enduring client relationships through exceptional service and expert advice.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or CompTIA Network+ are advantageous.
- Experience in IT security consulting and knowledge of the Cyber Trust and Cyber Essentials scheme are advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
