This Senior Manager / Manager role is responsible for proactively leading and driving new Enterprise customers acquisition activities, including generating, nurturing, and converting customer leads via direct sales and marketing channel, distribution partnership, and business model innovation. You will be an integral part of the sales team, planning and driving activities that lead to faster new customer growth.
You will be part of the management team and play a critical role in driving regional expansion and growth and enabling omni-channel strategy through the planning and deployment of business strategy in Asia.
How you will make an impact:
- Plan, drive and grow sales of Wiley Learning Enterprise collection
- Work with existing sales team to uncover new Enterprise opportunities and convert them into new customers
- Drive field engagement and customer needs gatherings to improve business offering and models
- Drive customers and stakeholders’ relationship
- Track results and pipeline to provide management team with updates on performance Vs targets
We are looking for people who:
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Proven tracked record on winning new Enterprise business and customers
- Skilled in new leads generation, nurturing and conversion sales process, Enterprise level stakeholders’ engagement, needs gathering and selling
- Competent in achieving Enterprise sales growth results, solving problems, and collaborating across teams
- Ability to define actions needed by the team, create an environment of optimism and creativity and seek and deliver the right outcomes by solving problems
- Skilled in English written and content communication
