Job Description:
- Take charge of project work streams, involving detailed analysis, generation of insights, findings presentations, client interviews, and leadership of both junior team members and clients.
- Engage actively in business development by formulating and refining proposals that demonstrate a keen understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Actively support internal research projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping the offerings portfolio and contributing to Genesis thought leadership.
- Play a crucial role in supporting office internal activities, particularly in areas like marketing strategies and innovative content creation.
- Contribute significantly to ongoing efforts aimed at enhancing internal operational efficiency and overall performance.
- Act as a coach and mentor for junior team members, fostering their professional development within a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in process, chemical engineering, or related fields
- Management consulting and/or early-stage techno-economic studies experience
- High level of intellectual curiosity, drive, and flexibility
- Good communication skills
- 6+ years of experience in the energy industry
