- Position: Patient Service Associate
- Location: Across Singapore
- Working hours: Shift Rotation
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Work with Operations Manager with planning and reporting activities
- Collaborates with clinic teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
- Attend to patients courteously upholding quality service standard
- Responsible for front-desk duties such as, appointments, billing and payment collection, handle enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)
- Assist radiographers / nurses if required (e.g: bring patients to the scanning room).
- Assists to prepare patients for scans
- Perform insurance/medisave claims submission and verification of particulars and limits in various claims portal
- Collect payment and provide financial counselling for radiological procedures
- Any other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / 'O' level, NITEC in Nursing or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Operations
- Experience in healthcare sector
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer-service mindset
