- Working hours: 9am - 7pm
- Working days: 5 Days work (Off days will be on weekday)
- Locations: River Valley Rd (Great World MRT)
- Salary: Basic $2500 - $3200 + Commission + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
- Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
- Resolving customer problems as needed
- Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
- Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
- Assist in selling retail products & packages
- Handle and take care of dogs and cats
- Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Not afraid to handle and take care of dogs and cats
- Prior experience in customer service
- 5 Day Work Week (have to work on weekends & some PH)
