Job Description:
- Leading and overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including but not limited to talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters;
- Provide day-to-day support of HR operations;
- Review, upgrade, and develop HR policies to support the business as it grows;
- Partnering with management and working independently to deliver impactful HR/people initiatives and employee engagement to drive retention of the team and support growth;
- Document management - contracts, agreements, HR-related employee letters, work permits, etc;
- Manage payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits of employees;
- Keeping abreast of, and implementing where appropriate, employment legislation and HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR especially construction industry.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Payroll, and HR management software.
- Full understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
