Job Description
Your main role will be to perform picking and packing functions based on delivery orders requirements for delivery, support warehouse team in day to day warehouse operation, assists in maintaining warehouse premise clean and neat. Other adhoc tasks delegated including assistance in timely delivery of goods to designated location.
Other responsibilities include:
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and also acceptable quality.
- Picking products for delivery, verify goods before despatching
- Making sure all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
- Operating and maintaining warehouse machinery e.g. forklift
- Moving and organize stock
- Assist in maintenance of spare parts.
- Assist with the preparation and completion of monthly stocktaking activities
- Assist in updating all data into computer
- Loading and unloading of goods to/from vehicle.
- Ensure safe delivery of products to designated locations without any delay or damages.
- Making sure all deliveries are completed on the same day.
Job requisites:
- Alternate Saturdays Off
- Candidate must possess minimum Professional Certificate/NITEC.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 1 years’ experience in delivery environment with computer knowledge preferred
- Able to converse in, read and write English
- Forklift license a MUST
