Job Description
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the teams responsible for facilities, technical aspects and housekeeping.
- Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding areas in accordance with the guidelines established by the authority.
- Establish and maintain high-quality service and safety standards.
- Prepare tender documents for renovation and A&A projects.
- Forecast operational and capital budgets, track and monitor expenses within the approved budgets.
- Manage the appointed contractors and review/renew service contracts.
- Organise fire drills, be responsible for fire safety measures, form/maintain a fire safety committee. Coordinate with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on fire safety matters.
- Comply with Workplace Health and Safety Act and provide advice on Health & Safety matters to stakeholders.
- Carry out facilities maintenance works with least disruption to club operations through appropriate planning, follow-up action and compliance with safety requirements.
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in engineering/facilities/relevant field of studies with 10 years relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders
- Possess strong leadership qualities, planning and project management skills.
