About the opportunity:
· Lead architecture engineering and design for pharmaceutical facilities in Singapore, involving room programing, finishes selection, defining the personnel, material, equipment, sample flows within GMP facility
· The works involved masterplan, layout development for various different building, ranging from administration, warehouse, utility building, laboratory, manufacturing, and other ancillary building
· Familiar with Singapore regulatory requirements, calculations such as buildability score, greenmark score and able to implement them into the design.
· Interface with various disciplines for coordination and design integration with multiple disciplines and subject matter expert both in Singapore and outside Singapore
· Occasional site visit/deployment during construction period
· Adhere to company work instruction, standard operating procedure, quality procedure
· Deliver the design and develop the subcontract packages on time, generate deliverable list with timeline as per development from project master schedule.
· Guide the architecture team for the related project to deliver, monitor the progress, attend meeting, design review with client.
· Liase with Architecture QP for permitting and Design for Safety review
About you:
· Degree in Architecture Discipline with minimum 8 years of experience in architectural consultancy organization, preferably with specialization in pharmaceutical/process/industrial facility projects.
· Well versed in Singapore regulatory and Singapore Standard
· Team player, interface with various team members from different disciplines
· Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup.
· Additional software skill in Adobe Photoshop, Naviswork will be beneficial
