- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat and fish
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- At least 3 years working experience as a chef de partie in Italian restaurant
- Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
- Hands on and positive working attitude
- Understandable level of English spoken and written
- Healthy and good attendance record
