Responsibilites:
- Offer comprehensive support for software, hardware, and networking on desktops and laptops and servers.
- Installation and upkeep of servers, PCs, associated software, networks, and IT devices.
- Address issues through phone support and on-site assistance.
- Troubleshoot networking and PC-related problems.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with a positive work ethic
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in any discipline
- Candidates with experience are preferred
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
