Responsibilities:
1. Embrace the vision, mission, philosophy and core values of the Centre.
2. Assist Centre Leader in the development of the Centre’s strategic plans.
3. Supports efforts to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous development in Centre.
4. Oversee management and optimisation of Centre resources and the implementation of specific Centre programmes, initiatives and events.
5. Work closely with team to ensure quality of the curriculam and pedagogies in Centre.
6. Facilitate Educators to set direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent management.
7. Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Able to start in February 2024 or later.
2. Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with > 6 years in EC.
3. Specialist/Advance Diploma in Leadership.
4. Degree in EC will be an added advantage.
5. Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
