- Responsible for reporting and assisting the project director in the organization, planning and supervision of works on site.
- Work closely with architects, sub-contractors, consultants and authorities
- Responsible for setting guidelines for works on site and assist in leading the on-site team to ensure smooth execution of works and quality of workmanship
- Able to provide professional advice for clients with regards to official requirements and standards set by the authorities
- Ensure that safety requirements are met for all works executed on-site
- Responsible for conducting inspection of all works on-site to ensure all works have met the workmanship requirement
- Ensure all projects undertaken by the company are successfully completed with effective use of resources and cost-effectiveness
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by the company
