Job Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through business development, networking or any other strategies
- Understand clients' industry and job requirements
- Source, screen and interview potential candidates
- Prepare the candidate's report and recommendations to client.
- Manage key stakeholders, develop and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
Requirements
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment industry or Business Development.
- CEI certification would be a plus or must be willing to take the CEI certification
- Results and sales driven, entrepreneurial mindset and problem solver
- Good communication skills and able to relate to all levels of stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive personality
