Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Southeast Asia

Location: Singapore

This is a grooming role, the company will invest in the candidate and send the selected candidate for overseas courses.


Candidates without Automotive background but has strong chemistry background are also encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships in Southeast Asia, including countries such as Thailand, India, Vietnam, etc.
  2. Accomplish sales targets for automotive parts, adhesive, coating, and automotive foam, adhering to quotas outlined in the marketing plan.
  3. Adhere to the sundown rule for email reply and information feedback, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all customer communications.
  4. Tightly follow up on-time payments from individual clients to support the company in achieving a healthy cash flow.
  5. Actively follow up on new project developments to meet project sales budgets for assigned accounts, providing weekly updates in related reports.
  6. Handle customer complaints promptly, facilitating effective communication between the company and individual clients to rebuild confidence and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in Auto parts and NEVS (New Energy Vehicle Systems).
  • Proficient in key account development and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate good customer resources within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to achieve diverse targets both internally and externally.
  • Professional sales reporting and analysis skills using individual office software.
  • Basic knowledge in quality and cost control.
