Job Description:
- Preparing high-quality bakery items (bread)
- Clean food preparation areas as determined by company policy
- Create new bakery (bread) recipes
- Estimate expected ingredients consumption and organise preparation
- Keep records and accounts of ingredients purchase
- Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed
- Manage and to ensure bakery cost is in a healthy range
- Minimize wastage
Job Requirement:
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a bakery / pastry school will be an advantage
- Specialise in Asian style bakery
- 6 days work week
